About the platform
My Fishing Crew is an application for tracking fishing sessions, catches, and competitions within a group. The platform is in beta — features may change without prior notice. By registering you accept these Terms of Use.
User account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the security of your account credentials. Each user may hold only one account. If you notice unauthorised access, contact us immediately. Accounts may only be used by adults or by minors with parental consent.
Content and conduct
Sharing false, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content is prohibited. Using the platform for spam or unauthorised access to other users' data is also prohibited. Platform administrators may remove content that violates these rules or permanently suspend an account.
Photos and catches
Photos and catch data you enter remain your intellectual property. They are stored in a private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are accessible only to you and your group members, or publicly if you explicitly allow it. Publicly shared catches may be visible on share pages without login. You grant the platform a limited right to display this content within the application.
Service availability
We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. During the beta phase, occasional downtime for maintenance is possible. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from technical issues beyond our control.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. You will be notified of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
