MyHuntingCrew.com Service Agreement

Welcome to the MyHuntingCrew.com website ("Website"). You must agree to these terms and conditions ("Agreement") before you may access or view our Website. Please read this Agreement carefully. By using and/or viewing this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (13) years of age and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions. This Agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon posting.

1. Registration
Registration with MyHuntingCrew.com is necessary to become a member ("Member") and receive MyHuntingCrew.com's services ("Service"). When you register to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself ("Registration Data") as prompted by our registration form. You also represent that we may rely on your Registration Data as accurate, current and complete. You agree to maintain and update your Registration Data to keep it accurate, current and complete. MyHuntingCrew.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your membership for inaccurate, untrue, deceptive and/or incomplete Registration Data.

2. Eligibility
All visitors and Members must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to use the Website and/or Service. 

3. Username and Password
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant any username, in our sole discretion, if the username you select is invalid. Invalid usernames include, but are not limited to, usernames that impersonate another person, are protected by trademark law or other proprietary rights, are vulgar or otherwise offensive or may cause confusion. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password. You agree not to transfer or resell your username and/or password, or otherwise provide access to the Website to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information and immediately notify MyHuntingCrew.com by emailing us at info@MyHuntingCrew.com. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for any and all activities that are conducted through your account.

4. Online Conduct
As a Member, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content and/or information that you publish, transmit and/or post on the Website. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to: include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, email addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, or any confidential information of any third person; post any photographs or other images containing nudity or such personal information; impersonate any person or entity; "stalk" or otherwise harass any person via the Website and/or Service; engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service; transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other Members; express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by MyHuntingCrew.com, without our specific prior written consent; harvest or collect personal information about other Members whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent; use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or its contents; post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights; remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained on the Website; interfere with or disrupt the Services or the Website or the servers and/or networks connected to the Services or the Website; post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Service; "frame" or "mirror" any part of the Website, without our prior written authorization; use metatags or code or other devices containing any reference to MyHuntingCrew.com or the Service or the Site in order to direct any person to any other Web site for any purpose; and/or • modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Site or any software used on or for the Site or cause others to do so. MyHuntingCrew.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile, image, comment, message, blog entry, article that does not comply with these prohibitions. Engaging in any of the aforementioned prohibited practices shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of your membership, in the sole discretion of MyHuntingCrew.com, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. MyHuntingCrew.com reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies against users who engage in the aforementioned prohibited conduct. Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a user and/or member, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize this Website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service, is a violation of criminal and civil law and MyHuntingCrew.com will diligently pursue all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law.

5. Member Disputes
MyHuntingCrew.com does not control the information provided by other users that are made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and safety when using our site. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. Because it is not involved in Member interactions, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more members or those who have posted, viewed or used information on the Website, you hereby release MyHuntingCrew.com, including, but not limited to, its webmasters, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and/or arise out of your use of the Website and/or Services. MyHuntingCrew.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. 

6. Miscellaneous
You are solely responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Website. MyHuntingCrew.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of MyHuntingCrew.com's control. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose MyHuntingCrew.com reserves the right to release current or past member information and passwords in the event that MyHuntingCrew.com, in its sole discretion, believe that the membership is being or has been used in violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, if MyHuntingCrew.com is sold or acquired, or when MyHuntingCrew.com deems it necessary or appropriate. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and MyHuntingCrew.com with respect to the subject matter hereof. 

7. Privacy and Use of Information
You acknowledge that:
(a) We cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the Internet and your email messages, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties;
(b) We are not responsible for, and cannot control, the use by others of any information which you provide to them and you should use caution in selecting the personal information you provide to others through the Service;
(c) We cannot assume any responsibility for the content of messages sent by other users of the Service, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any communications you may receive from other users.
(d) You acknowledge that you can not sue MyHuntingCrew.com or any of its employees for any damages done to you through the site.
(e) Any images or texts uploaded to MyHuntingCrew.com become property of MyHuntingCrew.com and are available as marketing materials. We cannot guarantee, and assume no responsibility for verifying, the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the Service. 

8. Monitoring of Information
We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines, which may be applicable from time to time. We also reserve the right to monitor all messages that take place through the site. We are not solely responsible for any offensive or obscene materials that may be transmitted or posted by other users (including unauthorized users as well as the possibility of "hackers"). We are also not responsible for the use of any personal information that the user may choose to post on the Service.

9. Removal of Information
While we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the Service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation advertisements, public postings and messages, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of advertisements, public postings, messages and other materials you may upload to the Service or users of the Service. 

10. Online Cancellation
Any request for cancellation will be met with written support as fast as possible instructing you how to cancel your membership yourself. You accept that when you cancel your membership with The Service you are automatically locked out of the site and your access is immediately terminated. You also agree and accept the complete and final loss of your profile, mail, and any other membership information that you should have. This information cannot be reclaimed or transferred to any third party. 

11. Proprietary Information
The Service contains information, which is proprietary to us and to our users. We assert full copyright protection in the service. Information posted by us or other users of the Service may be protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to us or to them. You agree not to modify, copy or distribute any such information in any manner whatsoever without having first received the express permission of the owner of such information. 

12. No responsibility
We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, direct or indirect damages of any kind whatsoever, which may arise out of or relate to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenues, profits, business or data, or damages resulting from any viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or other destructive software or materials, or communications by you or other users of the Service, or any interruption or suspension of the Service, regardless of the cause of the interruption or suspension. We may discontinue or change the Service or its availability to you at any time, and you may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Security
Your account is private and should not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for all usage or activity on the Service by users using your password, including but not limited to use of your password by any third party. 

14. Language
The main and only language allowed on our site is English. You must use it in all the actions you do ( posting comments, adding articles, sending messages and all the rest ).

15. Other Links
The Service may from time to time contain links to other sites and resources ("External Links"). We are not responsible for, and have no liability as a result of, the availability of External Links or their contents.

16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Service, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.
