David also worked fulltime at Alabama River Pulp Mill to support his wife Carol and their three sons Allen, Steve, and Michael. In April of 2004 David retired and began working fulltime in his studio. And also helped Michael establish a second Coles Taxidermy, a 575 sq. ft. studio in Milton, Florida.
